Message	arghh, i didn't run. i was speeding and passed a cop sitting at a median; but he didn't have his sirens on when i passed, so i figured he was just gonna let me go. then, i pull into a gas station less than 100 yards up the road. I get out, 10 seconds later the cop pulls in with sirens on and says I was eluding his him. i thought the law says the cop actually had to be behind me with the sirens on, or be chaseing after me for a longer distance than a couple hundred feet to get an eluding ticket. the whole situation is screwed up.
